Beside panelists and experts, the meeting will be attended by public figures, from different countries and organizations, who work on the elaboration and analysis of indicators. Delegates from science and technology national organizations from the Latin American and Caribbean countries will also participate, as well as representatives from multi-lateral organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Organization of the American States (OAS), Organization of Ibero-American Sates (OEI), ECLAC, UNESCO and EUROSTAT.
